You must keep in mind that there is no general rule for subsequent counsellings, and they happen only if seats are not full yet. It will be so for this year also. However, you are asked to check the official website daily for updates.
The admission of 15% quota seats will be through AIPVT Counselling on the basis of NEET score & rest 85% quota seats admission will be through Karnataka state level exam.
It would be tough to provide you the cutoff or rank as officilly there is no any information about it

the overall perforamce is ok but the bvsc course it will mainly depends on the KCET marks adn also the pratical ranking
The minimum score is called as Karnataka CET Cutoff Marks. The candidates who score above this cutoff will be included in the merit list.
