whether a student from general category studied at rural area 1 to 10 std., with certicate, but Family Income is more than 8.0 lakhs, can claim for reservation in engineering seat in KCET karnataka?

Since the income limit is high, you are not eligible for any reservation. But, if you belong to SC/ST, you will still have reservation.
