If I get 94 marks in PCM in Kcet and 273 in board exam. Which engineering rank I could get?

Your rank is depended on your 10+2 and kcet marks.

Both have the same weightage .

For example your your kcet marks are x and 10+2 are Y then ,

From your 10+2 marks ((y/300)/2)*100=ypercentage%

From your kcet marks ((x/180)/2)*100=xpercentage

Total=ypercentage% +xpercentage%

If your total is between this you may get the below rank.

50 - 60 -->rank 15k to 30k

60 - 70 -->rank 10k to 20k

70-80 --> rank 7k to 15 k

80 - 90 --> rank below 5000

90+ you will get rank below 1000.
