I like to tell you that the fee can be withdrawal yes of course but that only depends upon the lasst date , each college sets a last date to withdraw the seat with fees refund , if you apply before that you can get the fees else

Hello Nithya, No, you can't edit your options once the allotment process starts. You can neither change your preference order nor you can add or remove any of the colleges from your choice. You can only make the changes before the beginning of the first round and not in between

Query is regarding UPSEE.When will I have to report to the college for admission and hostel, if i freeze the 2nd round alotted seat now ?

Hello Utkarsh!

You can check in the official website of that college which you got through UPSEE counselling that in which date you have to report in that college.Normally the reporting date of every college is last week of July or first week of August.

Maybe not, Generally if you get allocated to any of the colleges you cannot go for spot round allotment if you already get a seat in the second round of allotment to the counselling process. If you get a seat booked for yourself once, you won't be allowed
