I am sorry to say once you give up your seat and try for the next round the previous seat will be given up for another student and you will not be able to get the older seat. Once you lock your seat in the round, you cannot go for next round and if you try for the next round, the seat will be given to another student.

No you will not be eliminated, you will have to choose one, if you want medical you will have to eliminate engineering yourself on your own. Once it gets alloted you can cancel it, but if you don't, you pay the fees and it gets permanently allotted, then there's no going back. So choose wisely, all the best!

If you are very much sure that you will get admission in KEAM medical counseling, then you can surely participate in medical counselling without joining engineering under KEAM. But you must be sure about getting admission in KEAM medical counselling. In case if you didn’t get admission in medical counselling, then you will not get your engineering seat for which you have been allotted. Make a good decision.

In any councilling process for any particular round if you are allotted a college and you have not taken admission in that college in the given period of time then that allotment is considered as null and void later on. If you have not received any college in the 2nd round then you can apply for the further rounds but now you can not take admission in the basis of the previous round allotment.
