With 30000 rank you can apply for merit seats in self financing colleges. You cannot apply for govt colleges. Since ita a government college you cant expect this and this rank won't fetch you a seat in any government college unless you are a privilidged category.
Based on the previous year cutoff's you have very high chance to get seat in Government colleges of Trivandrum,it might be slighlty difficult for B.arch becaus ethe cutoffs for B.arch were very high last year but for other degrees u have a good chance.
