You need to write the NEET exam, for admission to Medical courses in All India quota. But you should register for medical courses in KEAM (no need to write KEAM entrance exam, as it's for Engineering and Pharmacy only). If you are registering for KEAM, then if your name appears in the prepared MBBS BDS ranklist, then you are eligible for State quota in Kerala.
