According to your class 12 marks and jee marks you do not fall in the eligibility criteria of the college. As the minimum marks for the admission in class 12 are 75% required and jee rank around 10000 will do for the course in engineering field. Though you go for

If by "medical admission " you mean mbbs, then there wont be any effect as the admissions to mbbs, bhms, bams, unani, bvsc courses are based on NEET EXAMINATION scores only.

Hello,

Sreekumar, Engineering requires mathematics. So you are not in a position of qualifying even if you qualify the physics/chemistry.

If you want to be admitted for Engineering courses it is necessary that you attend both Physics/Chemistry as well as Mathematics. If you dont appear in one paper it will

for General category students minimum marks for passing keam would be 50% and for ST/SC category students minimum marks for passing keam would be 40%.

Yes, you will.     
According to official prospectus for KEAM 2019, you need at least 10 marks in each paper, that is, you need to score 10 marks in paper 1 (Physics and Chemistry) and the 10 marks in paper 2 (mathematics).

Hey Sourab, with a rank of 17000 it seems slightly improbable for you to end up with an Electronics and Communication Engineering seat in Government Engineering College Kannur and Kozhikode both assuming you are a general category candidate.

If you score around 500 in KEAM CET, your predicted rank is around 4000-5000. With this score and on the basis of previous years cut offs (closing ranks), you can get good branches like CSE, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engg., Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering etc.
