thank you for approaching us . the only eligibility to take admission in any engineering college is that the candidate should have passed in the 12th class with an aggrigate percentage of 50% and 45% for reserved categories . so , you can take admission through management quota.

It means that you'll put some priority order to the interested colleges and course. In case, the cut off ranks of those colleges are less than the rank you obtained you cannot get admission there. This is about the first round of counseling.
And in the second counseling too in the previously chosen college you won't have a chance.
