the 2017 cutoff of ECE course in GEC ,wayanad has been 9690 for SM category and 23736 for MU category . hence you have very high chances of getting an EC seat in GEC wayanad under MU category .

Assuming this is NEET score, Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances in state quota seats in private colleges.

With 335 CRL rank in KEAM it is hard to get CSE or ECE at CET Trivandrum.
But you can get any other branch at CET Trivandrum.
If you are peculiar about CSE then you have to wait till last counselling round then you have good chances of getting.
