If in 2nd round of KEAM Medical allotment of Kerala, seat got allotted to me but I didnt join , will I be eligible for further rounds counseling?

There is no information given as to whether or not the candidate can freeze the offered seat while being open to up-gradation. So, the option may or may not be available. Also, please note that if you don't remit the fee shown in the allotment memo you may lose the alloted seats.
