With 74 marks in ICET your accepted rank would in somewhere between 10001 to 25000. It is an average decent marks you can target good decent colleges with your rank for your management studies.

Hi Biswa ! Yes you can get a government college in Orissa with this rank. You can get CV Raman college which is a semi government college. Now after this there are other government colleges are there which are not so good. You can earn a seat of some good

As per the previous years cutoff trends , with your mentioned rank you can surely get Utkal University, Vani Vihar and also you have very good chances in the below mentioned Colleges -

For haryana state the cutoff for government college seats were nearly more than 570 till the second rpound of counseling. The cut-off  marks this year in NEET was very high . Student must secured atleast mofre than 480 marks in their exam.

You have got good rank in OJEE, But by considering previous year ranking ranges lies around 354 to 960 for different branches, But you can try there is chance because every year the ranking range differs and your rank is near to previous year cutoff, and also apply another colleges
