as i know SOA University does not take admission without SAAT you have to qualify in SAAT exam for getting admission in SOA University.

SAAT has announced the counselling till general rank 445 and women general rank at 200. Chances are negligible now.
However, you can apply in other colleges.

Hey no it’s not possible you have to appear for one mandatory entrance test to secure a seat .
If it is for engineering ie B.Tech then the test will be in PCM. Pls Click here to check details

Yeah you need to give an entrance test named DU LLB. And you need to meet eligibility criteria:
Candidates must hold the Graduate degree in any discipline fromDU or any other recognized University. Minimum Marks: Candidate has to secure at least 50% marks in qualifying exam.
