My first offer congratulations for getting this rank. Hope you are doing good. I myself applied for this exam last year and had scored 13 rank in pharmacy exam. For toprankers there was a Concession of 40000 rupees annually from the tuition fees. There was no other concession in in any other type of fees.
But with your rank you would be only getting a 10000 rupees concession from the university in your tuition fees.
SAAT stands for Siksha-O-Anusandhan University Admission Test. As in the case of most universities, the cut-off of this exam is set by the governing body Siksha-O- Anusandhan University. Still a large number of factors determine the cutoff which include the number of test takers of that year, the level of difficulty of exam, number of seats available, number of students applying for those seats, and even reservation guidelines in some cases. So the cutoffs are different for every year. Yes previous cutoffs give a pretty much good idea but it is not good to rely totally on them. Best will be to wait for the results. Good luck!
