As you will be knowing that UPSEE Counselling  will be started from 26th June. All candidates who have appeared in UPSEE 2019 will be able to register themselves for counseling.

After filling the counseling registration form, candidates will be asked for the documents verification. Here in this article, we have listed all documents verification centers district vise. Candidates can visit near verification center to verify their documents.

All successful candidates will be called for counseling where they can lock their colleges and seat choices. Candidates will be asked for the documents verification. AKTU has some documents verification centers in some cities. Eligible candidates can verify their documents on these allotted centers.

Don't worry. It will be fine. Sometimes errors are caused due to technical issues. All you can do is contact the authorities regarding the same issue. Write an email, if it is not taken care of by this, use the helpline number and contact them as soon as possible. From your side, you can change the browser or the device and check the status of verification( it might be a problem sometimes).

If the OBC-NCL certificate is found to be invalid or not produced AND the candidate satisfies all other requirements AND the seat is allocated in OBC-NCL category, then (i) Allocated seat will be cancelled. (ii) The candidate will be considered for seat allocation as a GEN candidate in the subsequent round(s) of seat allocation (if any), provided all other criteria are satisfied [e.g., present in the respective rank list, etc.].

Hello, No, You won't lose that seat if you don't get a better course in the 2nd round. The seat is lost only in that case if you are allocated another seat in the next round. If you are allocated a better course, then the previous seat will be lost and will be allocated to another candidate. If you do not get an upgrade, you will still have the previous seat.

There is nothing to worry about the document verification process just take all the documents with you. Here is the list of documents:

1. UPSEE Admit Card 2019

2. UPSEE Rank Card 2019

3. Class 10th and 12th Certificate & marksheet

4. Rural weightage certificate (if applicable)

5. Domicile certificate

6. Domicile certificate of his/ her parents (Father OR Mother) if the candidate has passed qualifying examination from outside of U.P

7. Character certificate

8. Certificate of Medical Fitness/ Undertaking of Medical Fitness

9. Category certificate for OBC/SC/ST (if applicable)

10. Subcategory certificate for Freedom fighters/Armed forces/ Physically handicapped as applicable

11. Income certificate for economically weak candidates

12. GDDA category certificate (if applicable)

13. Other Documents required (only if applicable)

Also the time taken in document verification totally depends on your college. If there is no rush then your documents will be verified in no time but if there is rush it will take some time. It also  depends on the their server. However it is one day  process the document verification will be done on the same day if you take all the documents.
