Your overall rank is good enough.But as per your quota you can get CSE/IT with Ease in UPTU/AKTU. Within 1st round and second round you might get IET Lucknow which is currently best to study In AKTU. Your Chances of getting Into IET,BIET,KNIT is really high and also for RECs.

There are basically two types of seats in almost every college. RESERVED and OPEN(GENERAL). If you have a category rank then your category rank will be considered for the reserved seats. Similarly, if you are a general candidate your general rank will be considered.

In a normal scenario, there are approx. 27% of seats reserved for OBC in colleges. So you will be eligible for counseling on those with your category rank.

its okay, its very common, many people mistakely claim the rural weightage in upsee application form.

what you should do now is call the official number of email the officials regarding the problem and let them know. In counselling also you can inform them.

I don't get what you mean by EN. So, I'll just assume it's a circuit branch. Below is the list of government college where you might get CS or Circuit branch:

• Rajkiya Engineering College, Kannauj ( CSE )
• Rajkiya Engineering College, Banda ( Electrical )
• Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology  ( CSE )

You can get CSE in some other good private college such as Galgotias University.

im sorry to inform you that only 10+2 examination results come into use mostly and your 10th gradesheet will not be in use for UPSEE counselling for marks. 

it can come handy as a proof of your dateofbirth but nothing more. for marks, 10+2 gradesheet matters more.
