It takes a time of about a week at the maximum. If you're done with choice filling and locking then just sit back and relax all you need to do is wait for the proceedings. Further all the verification and rest would be notified to you in less than a week's time or may be some other but as soon as you get notified start for the next comings.

Hope you're verification would have been done at the centre by appearing there at the centre on given date n time. If that procedure has been done then the verification process has been completed. Would have been any problems in the verification then they would have notified at the same time. These regulations are reported without much delay.

After the allotment you will have two opttions freeze or float. If you choose freeze and confirm youe seat. Then you have to go to the alloted college for document verification on the given date.

There is nothing to worry about the document verification process just take all the documents with you. Here is the list of documents:

1. UPSEE Admit Card 2019

2. UPSEE Rank Card 2019

3. Class 10th and 12th Certificate & marksheet

4. Rural weightage certificate (if applicable)

5. Domicile certificate

6. Domicile certificate of his/ her parents (Father OR Mother) if the candidate has passed qualifying examination from outside of U.P

7. Character certificate

8. Certificate of Medical Fitness/ Undertaking of Medical Fitness

9. Category certificate for OBC/SC/ST (if applicable)

10. Subcategory certificate for Freedom fighters/Armed forces/ Physically handicapped as applicable

11. Income certificate for economically weak candidates

12. GDDA category certificate (if applicable)

13. Other Documents required (only if applicable)

Also the time taken in document verification totally depends on your college. If there is no rush then your documents will be verified in no time but if there is rush it will take some time. It also  depends on the their server. However it is one day  process the document verification will be done on the same day if you take all the documents.

Yes certainly. Actually fee wavier seats are alloted on the basis of the eligibility criteria and available seats. If the seats are not available among all the options you have chosen during counselling then you would be alloted a seat regular as other seats.

you can upload your category certificate because it is not necessary that you should made category certificate every year. 

But, if you changed your category or fll in other ctegory you should made another certificate and upload in upsee counselling 

• Category Certificate (if applicable).
• Sub-category Certificate (for candidates belonging to Freedom Fighters/ Armed Forces/ Physically Handicapped Category)

I think you should apply for counselling process under UPTU examination for admissions at engineering colleges as you have performed quite well. 

And if you are having compartments in your class 12th boards examination then you can either reappear in the exam in the compartment exams and clear it then their will be no issue for taking admissions at engineering college.

Other than this you have a option of NIOS exam where you can reappear in the subjects you have failed and get passing marks in boards without wasting a year. It is acceptable throughout and will have no issues.
