Go through the brochure for details. I can give you the rough idea.
24 June-29 June is the time when you need to login to the official site and register yourself for counselling. Register then pay the required fees for counselling. After they confirm your payment they will activate the link on your account to fill in choices. Do go through the brochure for details.
25 June-30 June is the time when you need to verify your docs. by visiting any of the verification centres listed in the brochure.Make sure that first you register and pay the fees then appear for docs. verification otherwise they will ask you to do that first. It’s all step by step.
03 July is the announcement of result.
03 July-04 July you need to confirm your allotted seat if you want to. See the option you need to select regarding your choices in the brochure. Do select any option before time because if you don’t then by default you’ll be “WITHDRAWN” from other round that mean no choice available furthur mean you are out of counselling.
For next round, in details look for brochure.

No,if you have been alloted a seat in Round 1 itself,if you are satisfied with your college and branch, then you will have to simply freeze it.If you are not satisfied with what you got in Round1,then you have to select the "FLOAT" option,so that you can participate in further rounds of counselling.
And if you have paid the fees for round 1 seat allocation(Rs 15000),then you are not required to pay the same fees again, but yes if UPSEE demands the students to pay some minimum money to take part in another round,so that amount will have to be payed if you want to take part in another round of counselling and if there is no such demand then you don't have to spend a single money after paying Rs 15,000 during seat confirmation.
If any confusion, you can contact on the numbers given on the website of UPSEE.
Thank You!
All the Best!
If any queries, feel free to ask

No,sorry you have not passed the eligibility criteria, since minimum 50%(foor general) and 45% (for SC/ST) is the minimum percentage in graduation for taking admission in 1st year for MCA.
So if you belong to SC/ST category then you can, otherwise not.
All candidates need to be passed in mathematics at 10+2 level or graduation level.
If any queries, feel free to ask!
Regards
The counselling of UPSEE 2019 has the following steps. Candidates need to follow each of the steps in their respective order to successfully complete the procedure.
Step 1 – Registration, Document uploading & Payment of counselling fee
Step 2 – Document verification
Step 3 – Filling of choices
Step 4 – Seat allotment result
Step 5 – Seat Confirmation or Online willingness by the candidates
Step 6 - Physical Reporting at the college (at the end of the third round by all candidates allotted seats)
Hi Shivam,
A caste certificate can be issued from any state from an authorized government signatory and there won't be any problem if it's issued from any other state than your home state but in the case of residence or domicile certificate, it needs to be issued from a competent government signatory of the region stated by UPSEE to be considered as domicile region for you to satisfy the criteria of domicile that you have been a resident of that place for the last ten years or more. Thus, it won't be a problem if your caste certificate is from any other place whereas the domicile certificate is from the region stated by UPSEE norms.
BEST WISHES!
