With this rank in upsee 2019 you will not get any government college as your rank is very high for getting government college.May be you will get  Private college through fee waiver scheme in the later rounds of upsee counselling .In Fee waiver scheme you have to pay only tution fees of the college.

After you have been alloted a college in Round1,you will be having a counselling letter from UPSEE in which the names of the nearby centres will be mentioned,where the students can go for registration or document verification. You can easily choose one centre of your choice. 

The procedure of document verification will be completed at that nearby centre only.

The document verification have started today and will continue till 3rd of July. You need to upload scanned copies of the documents and then verify it.

Admit card

Domicile certificate

Rank card

10/ 12 certificate and marksheet

After the online document verification a seat will be alloted to you in the college from your prefernce list based on your rank. Then you will have the option to eiher float or freeze if you freeze the seat then you have to physically appear in the alloted college for document verification. The list of documents you have to carry are:

UPSEE Admit Card 2019

UPSEE Rank Card 2019

Class 10th and 12th Certificate & marksheet

Rural weightage certificate (if applicable)

Domicile certificate

Domicile certificate of his/ her parents (Father OR Mother) if the candidate has passed qualifying examination from outside of U.P

Character certificate

Certificate of Medical Fitness/ Undertaking of Medical Fitness

Category certificate for OBC/SC/ST (if applicable)

Subcategory certificate for Freedom fighters/Armed forces/ Physically handicapped as applicable

Income certificate for economically weak candidates

GDDA category certificate (if applicable)

Other Documents required (only if applicable)
