There is no issue with that as they also know about if the marksheet is not present with the candidate, they go with the online marksheet available which you have uploaded.

Hi Candidate! For the verification of documents you have to wait for the 24-48 hours to get it verified. There is only one thing you can do is wait. Patience is the key. There are a lot of people who's documents are not verified yet. There are lot of documents

Do check on the site for the help and check if the application form can be updated or  not . In case it can be then its good for you . If not then try to mail them for the updation as mailing helps a lot.

The date fir the registration and document verification was from 19th June to 25th June . The document were to be verified online by the authority you were needed to upload the jpgs of all the documents of the different sizes.
