The first round of counselling for B. Tech programmes of UPSEE 2019 is scheduled between 15th to 19th of june (TENTATIVELY). There is no official announcement of the councelling.

Hi, the counseling process of will be starting in july but the registration and choice filling for the counseling will be starting from june. Students will get a seat in college according to their merit in certain rounds. You will have the option of float and freeze if you want

yes you can definitely go for the special round called as the spot round . The seat which you have freezed is now yours if you want to try for spot then you need to re-pay the counselling fee for spot round and thus due to the reason as yours
