With that rank, it would be pretty difficult for you to get into a good government or semi- government college through UPTU.

I would still recommend you to attend the counseling and take your chances. You might still have chances of a good branch in okay colleges

The first round of counselling for B. Tech programmes of UPSEE 2019 is scheduled between 15th to 19th of june (TENTATIVELY). There is no official announcement of the councelling.

yes you can definitely go for the special round called as the spot round . The seat which you have freezed is now yours if you want to try for spot then you need to re-pay the counselling fee for spot round and thus due to the reason as yours
