Based on the last year cut-off for ECE in JSS Academy of Technical Education for the tution fee waiver quota, you have an outside chance of getting FW Seat. The cutoff was OP=3389 CR=4921 .
So the probability is bit low but you should apply for it anyway.
According to the data of the previous year the closing rank for the lateral entry in mechanical engineering was 2678 for the general category. So the chances are less but I would suggest you to fill the choices with giving priority to the JSS and wait for the results till

You can try in JSS(Noida)(Except CSE), GALGOTIA(Gr. Noida),
yes very likely you'll get admission since you did not mention the exact college what you want but generally you can take admission in any private/govt. college
