if this is your general rank and you have SC/ST quota, you will get mentioned colleges. however if this is your category rank, mentioned colleges are hard to get.

you can't say definitely about it because rank depends on paper tough level and no of student.But approx you need 550 marks to be rank under 1k.that means you have to solve atleast 130-140 ques in 150.
