The opening rank for general is 8221 and closing rank is 31503
The opening rank for SC is 97259 and closing rank is 100112
The opening rank for OBC is 84442 and closing rank is 98098

You are too late to modify your application.You are from delhi and UPSEE is utter pradesh engineering entrance exam.Now don't take tension and give the exam.You can do this change at the time of counselling.

Hi Vishal,
As per your rank in UPSEE and category, there are very less chances that you get a good government college. You can consider private colleges in UP like:
*Hindustan Institute of Technology & Management, Agra
*Dr. K.N. Modi Institute of Engg. & Technology, Ghaziabad
*Saroj Institute Of Tech.
Your ranking isn't that good however you have OBC quota therefore there are chances for your selection but it can't be guaranteed.
I would suggest you to wait for the counselling sessions and also keep some second options available with you.
