Chanakya IAS Academy is one of the recommended academy for UPSC/IAS studies.

There is ALS- IAS Academy and then ShriRam IAS Academy.

You can't apply for 5th round now as allotment of colleges are already done.

You can now participate in spot counselling. Online document verification will start from 10th Aug 2017.

Your previously allotted seat will be cancelled and then you have to go to your previous institute and ask them for fee transfer to new one. Go with all documents.

Assuming you are asking for registration fees so
if you are allotted any seat, you wont get any refund. The money is transferred to the allotted college directly.

If you aren't allotted any seat, then the refund process would not take time because everything is online.
