hello if got any other college in fifth counselling of upsee then will bbd college will refund or tranfer my fees that is 97803 to another

It depends on the college and you will be responsible for it not upsee

it's not true that they would refund money but u go to the college and give a application to the chancellor of the college if he allows u can get your money back

If you get a seat in UPSEE 2017 5th round, then you need not to pay any fee in the college where you get a seat in round 5. In such a case, the college will not do anything. Only you have to personally get your fee transferred from BBD college to the college you get in round 5. The college will not take any responsibility of your fee transfer. Only you have to get it done.
