thanks for asking your query congratulations on securing such a nice rank in wbjee 2019 as per your rank you might get seat in jadavpur university but desired branch you might not get in the first round therefore i would suggest you to wait upto the spot round.

Congrats on your WBJEE rank. Well, during the Councelling process to get admission in college they use general rank and not Community rank. To give a equal importance General rank and categiry you belong both are taken into account. Each college has seperate closing rank for each category.
