If you fail to submit TFW cetificate, you won't get a seat under that scheme. You'll get a seat under your category. Nothing else will happen.

Admission to a course also depends on the category of yours. So, if you are under OPEN category, you can get adnission in

College of Engg and Management, Kolaghat

Narula Institue of Tech, Agarpara

Future Institute of Engg and management, Kolakata etc..

I think you won't get any good govt. college but you can surely get a good private college.No need to submit  tfw if you don't have it.CAncel it during e-counselling physical reporting time.

You will get good private colleges.

BUt you have very less chance of getting any govt. colleges out there.

GO for narula,rcc,haldia,bp poddar,techno,etc.

Only 5% of the seats are given for TFWS. So, as you have a rank of 7780, you won't get a good college. You will get a college that has less demand. But, with your OBC reservation you'll get a better college.
