Sorry but you won't be getting a govt college with this rank. The cut off for obc for govt college is within 13000 so you need to work hard to earn a govt college. However there are private colleges you can opt for .

Yeah if your rank is around the cut off rank then there is every possibility of getting admissions in 2 nd and 3 rd couinselling in wbjee. Good luck for your admissions

Yes you wont able to get any good colleges out there with 32k rank in general category but you will surely get a good private college...

First of all ,what rank you achieved in WBJEE.it depends on your rank.if your rank is high you will got admission in gov. College.if rank is under 1000 you will get admission in haldiah ,if rank is under 250 you will get Jadhavpur.
