Hi Rajan, You actually have to try for Private Engineering Colleges of West Bengal since Government Engineering Colleges close seat allocation at much lower ranks.

As far as private engineering colleges are considered, Heritage is better than the other private engineering colleges in West Bengal. In that case I would
