You can get following streams under TFW Category :

Netaji subhash engineering college - ECe, Electrical, Mechanical, IT, Biomedical, Civil and Instrumentation engineering.
Swami Vivekanand Institute of Science and Technology - CSE, EEE and Mechanical.

In wbjee if a obcb candidate fail to produce twf certificate during counselling what will be the problem arise then

Candidate failing to produce all required documents shall not be allocated seat as per rules.

Also you are supposed to prove your caste a sper offiicial certificate from gazetted authority.
You might be given chance in special circumstances considering your genuineness, but that shall depwnd upon college management.
