Or the registration will be online as qualifying candidates of WBJEE 2017 have to first register themselves online, then pay the registration fee and opt for choice filling and choice locking.

Yes, you will be refunded if you withdraw from your allotted seat. You will be required to report in person at the Reporting Centre and submit an application for withdrawal and fee refund. For more details read WBJEE 2017 Seat Allotment
