For eg; Dyal Singh College, Gargi College, Institute of Home Economics etc,

It also depends on which category you belong to and what branch you want.

Well, no such preference are given to people for filling forms beforehand. It's just required to be filled before the last date. You may even fill the form on the last date and have the same preference as the one who filled it in the very first instance.

As per the latest update IPU will conduct it's admission procedure on the basis of marks you have got in CAT(COMMON APTITUDE TEST),which is a nationalised exam.

Hello Muskan!! You have less chances of getting CSE in Rizvi College. Your rank may be below 1 Lakhs so for some other colleges. But cutoffs changes from year to year.
