Hey ayushi,
Well, no such preference are given to people for filling forms beforehand. It's just required to be filled before the last date. You may even fill the form on the last date and have the same preference as the one who filled it in the very first instance.

Hope you are all prepared to take admission in DU.
There is no such preference in Delhi university, all the students are treated equally no matter at what moment they fill the form for admission in Delhi university.
