Actually blood group requires for your identity card of the institute and there is no big issue for that.Your medical certificate is sufficient for that during admission process as it contains your blood group.

if you have enough marks in jee mains then yes you can get admissions in igit ,sarang . you can also appear in ojee exam . after getting the examinations results you have appear in ojee counselling .check out these links
