It rather conducts it's it' counseling and therefore requires filling of another admission.

As per the previous years cutoff you can surely get seat in Gcet with the branches you mentioned .

You can check the previous years cutoff to get better idea.

But there is no certainty as the cutoff changes every year.

Taking into account your rank and considering the fact that you are a general category aspirant, you should definitely be able to get UP Textile Technology Institute, Kanpur.

The course you will get might have to be compromised, but you will definitely be able to get UPTTI, Kanpur.

Yes, you should join the college as if you won't joim it then your own seat will be considered as unfilled. So you should join as first for a backup plan and ypu may try for better one in next counseling. If you get better optuon then you can easily
