It would be better if you could provide us with the exam name...For most of the exams, you can do nothing except contacting and asking the examination authorities helpline no. (which would be provided on their official website) about this since they have closed the applications.

The dates are officially not yet announced for the release of admit card for NIMHANS entrance examination. But the probable dates might be around 2nd week of March. The exam is going to be held on 28th of March. NIMHANS 2020 Admit Card will be available on the official website
Along with CTET admit card 2022, candidates need to carry a valid photo identification proof, passport sized photograph(if the photograph on CTET admit card is not clear) and COVID-19 essentials.
