If there is any spelling mistake then it won't be a big issue but be careful during verification to clarify. after the completion of exam, write a mail to the board asking how to correct the surname. If your application form has wrong spelling then you have written it

There will be no practicals again, board will keep your previous practical marks only which you got last year. You just have to appear for theory exams and for that you will get the admit card which you can download from board's official site .
