General category and gen-ews are totally different from one another. EWS stands for Economic Weaker Section of the society. It has certain conditions and certificate if you provide them that certificate and fulfill those conditions you will be considered for the counselling.

If your category is wrong. You can attend the counselling but you might have to avail a seat under general category but not OBC, SC or ST. Whatever category you might belong, you might have to avail using General category allotment only.
if you are not able to download the admit card , then wait for some time and try tommorow in the evening.

You can go through the official site where you downloaded your admit card and try to re download from there by logging in through your apllication number and password
Once successfully logged in you can easily download your admit card from there

As per your condition that you already have OBC B Caste certificate but by mistake filled up an OBC A category in Admit Card, I will suggest you must still take part in all the counseling sessions and so not even miss anyone.
