Try logging into your account again and downloading it from there again. If you can't see it there, you will probably be able to find it where you downloaded it the last time, maybe your download history.

While registering the application, you must have received a transaction ID on your mail or mobile number, so kindly check that, and if the problem still persists, then try to revive the passwords through forget password section. if not contact the helpdesk number provided on the official websites.
