This is some technical problem. There are issues in admit card with NEET aspirants. Some students have been allotted centres in other states while the examination  date mentioned in some admit cards is April 15.

My suggestion would be to start planning your travel to the centre mentioned because if they have given you another centre which was not on your preference, it is probably because you were late in filling  the form and your centre seats were full by then. You

I was facing the same issue but now it is resolved.

1) Write an email to neetug-nta@nic.in 

2) Subject of email should be "NEET ADMIT CARD Wrong Address"

3) Attach you admit card as well as confirmation page

Within 1 hr they will email you and update your address
