Neet has released admit card but in mine 'provisional admit card' has been written on the top,also the exam date is written as 15/04/2019?

Dear Aspirant,
I suggest you get in touch with the NTA customer support by emailing or by calling. They will hear your problem and will clear your doubt as well. Don't panic at this moment as you need to focus on your study. If it is showing wrong to you then it is wrong for others too. Some are getting the date 15th April 2019. So, if you are getting this very same date it might be the mistake or glitch on the website. But there is no official statement has been released from the NTA officials.
