open your registered e.mail id and check the mail which was sent by nta. There will be your registration no.

now you can retrive your registration id with help of your registered mobile no. and email id

You don't have to worry for the same. You can login to your portal with the registration ID and passsword and then make the changes whatever you want. Also by roll number if you mean the seat number you wil actually obtain it in the admit card also.
