To download your admit card for NEET Examinations (2019), you can simply go to the link given here (https://cdn3.digialm.com/EForms/configuredHtml/1815/57907/login.html) and try logging in with your user-id and password. There you can access your admit card which will have the roll number written and other details mentioned on it.

You don't have to worry for the same. You can login to your portal with the registration ID and passsword and then make the changes whatever you want. Also by roll number if you mean the seat number you wil actually obtain it in the admit card also.
