I think the most important thing would be your admit card on the exam day  but you would need the application number for the admit card generation,if you have it then I don’t think there should be any problem .

THERE ARE VARIOUS PROCEDURE THAT YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH BEFORE ENTERING IN THE EXAM HALL SO I ADVICE YOU DO NOT GET PANIC AND TO AVOILD THE LAST MINUTE RUSH REACH THE CENTRE ATLEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE SO THAT ALL THE POSSIBLITIES LIKE TRAFFIC LOCATION FINDIND CHECKING PROCEDURE

Since you have got a message to by NTA for the correction and you have corrected the mistake that occurred before, you need not worry about any problem. Your application form has been correctly submitted so you won't face any problem while downloading your admit card in March.

Dear Shruti, you needn't necessarily have the same photograph as the one in the Admit card. As long as it is you and its not too old photograph, you can carry it along with you. And they will allow you. Take the most recent one if not the same photograph

I need to know the cutoffs for few more years like 2017, 2016 & 2015.

They have given for rest other subjects , but not for Life Sciences.
