Since you have got a message to by NTA for the correction and you have corrected the mistake that occurred before, you need not worry about any problem. Your application form has been correctly submitted so you won't face any problem while downloading your admit card in March.
Please focus on your studies for Jee mains April paper and don't worry about such things as this will give you unwanted stress and can ultimately affect your final result.
