You don't need to worry about that there will be as such no problem.

In this condidation i recommand you to contact the authorities and breif them about the details of the problem that you are facing. You should contact them by phone or mail. 

Sorry to say this alagappan.. But you can't apply now. Last date was 30th March and exam is in April month.. So you have no chance.

No worries try for other exams and be tuned to the last dates of application.
