This may be due to:-

Maybe dimension of your uploaded signature is more than the requirement.
Maybe it's not clear
Maybe internet speed is slow.You can try after sometime.

Yes you can do that when correction link will be made available on jee mains website by cbse.This will be available in January month.You can keep an eye on jee mains website.You can edit all your particulars except the mode of exam and language of exam paper.For more details
