No there is no refund for cancellation of MHT CET application form. You can cancel the old application form and fill one new MHT CET application form but the previously paid fee will not refunded or adjusted. You will not get money after cancellation. State Common Entrance Test Cell,

You can use your application number along with the password you set while applying into allahabad university, (the password used to login on university’s online portal) And then you can download your application form from there.
