Sorry to say but the exact date has not been released by the exam conducting body of BHU.
The BHUET forms were planned to get released in the month of June but till now it's not released.

sorry to say, you will be considered under general category only since during the filling of application form you did not mention about ews, so your score , rank has based upon general cutoff. since you did not get the qualified score for general category, you will not eligible
